·   Fewer citizens to serve the National Service to defend the country.

·   Reduction in working population cause economical stain as a result of loss of competitiveness and productivity. Economic growth will slow down.

·   Fewer people paying tax will lead to increase in tax rate.

·   As a result of reduced working force, more immigrants will be needed to fill the gap.
